Royal Perks is Burger King’s loyalty program where members can earn Crowns and redeem them for rewards. Joining Royal Perks is simple! You can sign up by going to bk.com and clicking "Sign Up" or downloading the BK® App.
As a Royal Perks member, you will receive the ultimate Royal Treatment! Our members earn points, called “Crowns,” for every $1.00 USD spent on eligible transactions at participating U.S. Burger King restaurants, which can then be redeemed for eligible BK® menu items. Our members also earn 2x Crowns on all eligible transactions during their birthday month. Additional benefits include access to exclusive offers and deals, a free daily upsize on an order of fries, fountain drinks, hash browns, or coffee, and opportunities to earn bonus Crowns through exclusive challenges and events.

Members will earn 10 Crowns for every $1 spent on up to three (3) eligible transactions per day at participating U.S. Burger King restaurants. There are three ways to earn Crowns:
1) Automatically for your BK® App and bk.com orders.
2) In-restaurant orders at participating U.S. Burger King restaurants by using your 6-digit account code. You can find your 6-digit account code by visiting the “My Code” tab on the BK® App or bk.com.
3) Using a credit card linked to your account for orders made at participating U.S. Burger King restaurants.
Yes. If Members forget to use their 6-digit account code at a recent in-restaurant eligible purchase from a participating U.S. restaurant, they can enter the transaction ID (also called “Survey Code”) from the receipt on the BK® App or at bk.com/claim-points. Members have 48 hours after the purchase date to claim their Crowns. Limited to one eligible in-restaurant purchase per day.
Yes, Crowns do expire and can be tracked on the Royal Perks details page at bk.com/rewards/history or on the BK® App. Crowns will expire on the first day of the month after the sixth month from the day your Crowns were earned. For example, if you earn 50 Crowns on January 5, 2024, and 50 Crowns on January 28, 2024, those 100 Crowns will expire on August 1, 2024, to the extent those Crowns are not redeemed before August 1, 2024.
Crowns earned will be automatically applied to a member’s account within 48 hours. Members can contact our support team at bk.com/support if their Crowns do not show up within 48 hours or if they are missing an eligible transaction.
Members do earn Crowns on delivery orders made through the BK® App or bk.com only. Members do not earn Crowns on third party delivery apps. Please note Crowns will be earned for every dollar spent after any discounts but before taxes and fees, including any applicable delivery, service, and small cart fees.
Members do not earn any Crowns when redeeming rewards. If additional items were purchased on the same eligible transaction, they will earn Crowns on those purchased items only (after any discounts but before taxes and applicable fees).
Crowns can only be earned on completed purchases. If a purchase is refunded/voided, any Crowns earned from that transaction will also be voided.
An eligible transaction paid with your BK® gift card will result in Crowns. A transaction made to purchase or reload a BK® gift card is not an eligible transaction and will therefore not earn Crowns.
Amounts will be rounded down to the nearest tenth of a dollar so that a purchase of for instance $2.76 will earn 27 Crowns.
Members will earn Crowns on every dollar spent on eligible transactions after discounts but before taxes and any applicable fees.
From time to time, there may be a restriction on the redemption of Crowns, but they will be communicated to Members, as applicable. Please refer to the program terms and conditions at bk.com/rewards-terms.
Members can redeem Crowns by visiting the “Rewards” menu on the BK® App or bk.com and selecting an eligible menu item across six (6) redemption tiers. After selecting a reward, Members can choose to either redeem in-restaurant using their 6-digit account code (at participating U.S Burger King restaurants only) or place a Mobile Order and Pay transaction through the BK® App or bk.com.
If the order has not been submitted to a participating restaurant, Members can change their selection directly on the BK® App or bk.com. The Crowns should re-appear in the account within 48 hours. For any questions related to a redemption mistake, Members can contact our support team at bk.com/support.
There is no maximum number of reward redemptions per order. Members can redeem multiple reward items on the same order. However, there is a limit of one digital offer per order.
Members can earn multiple bonus Crowns on the same transaction if they are different types of bonus offers. For example: if you are eligible to receive 2x Crowns for your birthday month and there is another special event bonus also giving you 2x Crowns, you will only receive 2x Crowns and not 4x Crowns. However, if you are eligible to receive 2x Crowns for your birthday month and there is a special event bonus giving you 500 Crowns, you will receive 2x Crowns in addition to 500 extra Crowns.
Currently, Members will not earn Crowns when using a print coupon. Members will earn Crowns when using digital offers only regarding the actual amount paid (after any discounts but before taxes and fees) rather than the regular price of the item(s).
Print coupons cannot be combined with loyalty-redeemed items. However, one digital coupon can be used on the same transaction as a loyalty redemption.
