How do I get access to this new dining benefit?

You must link your Walmart+ membership with your BK Royal Perks account by:

1. Going to your Walmart+ Benefits hub and tap on the ‘Burger King Savings’ tile. Click ‘Get Started Now’ to be redirected to the Burger King page.

2. Click on ‘Link Accounts’. If you haven’t already, you will be asked to sign up or log into your BK Royal Perks account (free of cost) and follow the steps to link your accounts.

3. Once linking is confirmed, visit the Offers tab to see your exclusive offers.

Once linking my accounts, how do I redeem these exclusive offers?

Once you have linked your Walmart+ membership with your BK Royal Perks account:

1. Go to bk.com or open the BK App on your mobile device.

2. Ensure you are signed in to your Royal Perks account.

I am having trouble linking my accounts, what should I do?

First things first. Make sure you currently have a Walmart+ membership, otherwise you won’t be able to link your accounts. If you don’t have a Walmart+ membership you can get one here: walmart.com/plus

Also, keep in mind you will also need to sign up or login to your BK Royal Perks account. If you are not a Royal Perks member you can sign up here free of cost: bk.com/royalperks

If you have any issues, sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your BK App to the latest version or closing it and opening it back again. For bk.com, you can refresh the page, update or erase cache on your browser. If you keep having issues you can contact our support team at bk.com/support-walmartplus

Does my Walmart+ email need to match my Royal Perks account email?

No. You can still link your accounts even if your email account for each program is different.

I don’t see my coupon in the Offers tab, what should I do?

Some reasons why you might not be seeing your coupon are:

- Offer is not available at a specific location. Please select a different restaurant on your BK App or bk.com.

- Redemption restrictions might affect availability of offers:

25% off can only be redeemed once per day per account. Free Whopper® with any purchase can only be redeemed once per calendar quarter. If you have already used your coupon during these redemption windows, you will see coupon grayed out (unavailable) in the Offers tab until the next window starts.

- Offers are not visible if you are not signed into your Royal Perks account. Please check if you have signed in.

- Offers are not available in Alaska and Hawaii.

Why am I seeing that my 25% offer is not applied, impeding me from checking out?

Sounds like you are likely trying to combine the 25% off offer with another offer or discount. The 25% Offer is not valid with any other coupons or offers. Nor is valid with Mix & Match, Mix & Match Meals, Your Way Meal, or other discounts.

Initial Guidelines

Listen, we know you’ve probably got a lot of big ideas for the next Whopper. While we’re super eager to see what you’re cooking up, we think it’d be best we provide some guidelines. First, your Whopper entry will consist of a list of toppings you will be asked to enter. Sesame seed bun and patty selection are default elements of your Whopper Idea that can’t be removed, nor do they count as part of your entry. So, that means it doesn’t matter if you pick an Impossible^TM patty or beef patty and you won’t be able to make a candy sprinkle bun (that does sound pretty good, though).

Now, we’re sure the toppings you want to add are going to be great. But, we want to make sure you keep a couple things in mind about toppings including:

Toppings must be edible food items. (duh!)
Toppings must be written in English.
Toppings can’t exceed more than 25 characters.
Toppings cannot be a “prohibited allergen” defined as Peanuts and crustacean shellfish.
Examples of peanuts include, but are not limited to things like actual peanuts & peanut butter.
Examples of crustacean shellfish include things like shrimp, crab, lobster, and crayfish.
The order of the toppings is not relevant to the judging of a Whopper idea.
Toppings do not have to be a single ingredient, but rather can be a mixture of ingredients which is typically treated as a single item. For example, salsa, marinara sauce, and pesto all include multiple ingredients but are treated and available for sale as a single food item.
Include specifics. If the Topping comes in different varieties and/or flavors, the variety should be listed. For example, blue cheese, granny smith apple, red onion.
If the intent is to use a Topping more than once, such as two slices of American cheese, Entrant you should list “American cheese” two times to reflect two (2) separate Toppings. We’ll let you use branded Toppings, but keep in mind that Burger King might have to obtain a license, so we reserve the right to substitute such Topping with a generic version for use in the Limited Time Offer Whopper® sandwiches.
Keep in mind Toppings will be subject to a feasibility score that considers the practicality of using the Topping on a hamburger prepared at a Burger King restaurant. So, consider the availability, the cost of the Topping, and whether it’s something our Burger King restaurants can easily store, prepare and use on a Whopper sandwich.

1. Why isn’t it letting me add a topping?

If you are experiencing issues while adding your toppings, please note that each Topping submitted is reviewed by the Million Dollar Whopper AI Tool (“AI Tool”), which recognizes millions of edible items. However, due to system limitations, some Toppings that meet the requirements of the Rules will not be recognized by the AI Tool. If a Topping is “not recognized” Entrant can try submitting a Topping that closely approximates the intended taste and texture of the unrecognized Topping. Also

Make sure you are connected to the internet.

Make sure you are not using peanut and crustaceous shellfish allergens.

Make sure you are inputting an edible food topping.

Check your spelling and avoid special characters like “&”

Allow the site to check your topping before trying to input the next one.

2. Can I add toppings or modify the bun?

Our sesame seed buns are as special as our burgers, so we decided that we wanted to keep those the same. I mean, they are delivered directly from bakeries & we toast them to order – so why change it if it’s not broken.

1. Who is Grilliam?

Grilliam is your trusty AI companion that will be by your side as you create your Million Dollar Idea.

2. Can Grilliam help me win?

No, Grilliam is only there to be a companion to cheer you on as you come up with your Million Dollar Idea. Grilliam only helps generate your AI Whopper image and AI Whopper Ad which do not impact your actual entry. You will be able to preview an AI-Generated image of your Whopper idea. The image won’t be part of your contest entry BUT you will be able to enjoy the incredible visual that Grilliam will design. We’ve got some extra details to help you feel good about your AI-generated Image and AI-generated Ad, so follow along:

3. What should I expect from this AI-generated image?

Listen, Grilliam will try very hard to generate an awesome image of your creation, but this is generative AI, so you gotta EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED! Grilliam is trained to do its best to produce realistic and crave worthy images of your ingredients, but sometimes it might miss a couple things or even get a little crazy. Some things you might encounter include:

Some toppings you submit may not appear in the Whopper image. Grilliam is working fast here, so some things might be missing.
You might even see a topping you didn’t input appear in the Whopper Image. Why is there a random piece of lettuce in my Whopper? Is that a random piece of bacon on there? Well, sometimes Grilliam works around the clock and sometimes dozes off!
Toppings might not be visualized as you intended. Yeah, we know you might like your pickles sliced, but maybe Grilliam is in the mood to show you them whole. Don’t worry…remember the image doesn’t impact your entry.
Grilliam might visualize the same topping input differently from Whopper-to-Whopper. Yeah, your friend’s jalapeños might be different than yours. This is the home of “have it your way” after all.
Only showing 3 patties: If you decide you’re going to turn this thing into a meat monster, then it’s important to know Grilliam can only serve up to 3 extra patties visually. This doesn’t mean you can’t submit 8 extra patties, you just won’t see all 8.

4. My AI generated Whopper image is not showing all my toppings or is showing inaccurate toppings?

5. My AI generated Whopper image is not showing at all

Might be something with your Internet. Try to reset things and enter again. If not, reach out to our guest care team.

6. My AI generated Whopper image looks odd

What did we say about EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED! Grilliam will try to deliver a high quality visual, but still has some learnings. Our generative system is powered by AI, expect the unexpected!

We’re here to help you showcase your incredible creation all around. That’s why we want to help you make your very own AI-generated advertisement. You can only make 3 of these, so make sure you do some magic. Some details below:

1. What is this AI-generated Whopper Ad?

We want you to show all of your friends your awesome AI creation. While we think the AI-generated image is pretty cool, we think your very own AI-generated Whopper Ad is even cooler. This AI-generated Ad takes it to a whole other level with a bunch of cool features including:

A Custom Theme (Select from Signature, Epic, Fiery, All American, Ritmo, Royal or Old-School)
Your own Jingle (yes, that classic BK Jingle is now customized just for you...get ready to sing out loud!)
Shareable Assets: Yep, you can download an MP4 to make your own creation or even a PNG to print out and frame – we won’t judge you.

2. How do I create this Ad?

We did our best to make this easy on you. Just submit your Contest Entry and follow the instructions below:

Select your theme by scrolling through the options.

Enter your Name (note: we pre-loaded a big list of names, but yours still might be missing. If so, you can skip this step and the Ad will still be just as cool!)

Click Create Your Whopper Ad

Wait for the ad to generate. This magic takes time – so, expect the Ad creation to take around 1 minute (sometimes it may take longer). We’ve got some pretty awesome trivia in the meantime or even a special mini-game.

View your awesome Ad – it’s pretty sweet!

3. How do I select a theme?

Once you have submitted your entry you should be prompted to select a theme. We’ll recommend one for you, but you’re also welcome to just scroll through a few to pick.

4. I don’t see my name on the name selection?

We tried our best to load a big list of names, but we might have missed it. Nevertheless, you can skip this step and the Ad will be just as cool.

5. My Ad creation is taking forever!

Well, building a world-class advertisement doesn’t happen in 15 seconds (Grilliam’s boss wishes it does). The Ad creation usually will take around 60 seconds, but depending on internet speeds it might take up to 5 minutes.

Don’t worry if you can’t wait, we’ll email you a copy of your final Ad once it’s finished too.

6. Some of the ingredients in my Ad are not what I listed.

So, our legal team introduced Grilliam to this thing called IP Infringement. Considering we don’t want to get Grilliam into any legal trouble, we decided to use generic images of all Toppings for the AI generated Whopper images and Ad. Don’t worry, your AI-generated image is just for fun and the list of Toppings as you input them is still your Contest entry.

7. Some of the words are pronounced weirdly in my jingle. Can I change that?

Grilliam is still getting a hang of this new Jingle thing. We want Grilliam to be an amazing singer, but Grilliam might mispronounce things (yes, we know onion is not “on-yen”). That’s the fun of AI. And hey, why isn’t onion pronounced “on-yen?”

8. How do I make a new Ad with the same Whopper Build?

Unfortunately, this isn’t one of Grilliam’s capabilities. If you want to make a different Ad you’ll need to restart the process.

9. Can I access my ad after I leave my page?

Yes! We know you might want to just keep playing your ad over and over again. So, we’re going to email it to you and you can also access it at bk.com/mdw and scroll down (make sure you’re signed in).

10. Can I share my AI-generated Whopper or AI-generated Ad on Social Media? If so, how do I do so?

You didn’t make this awesome creation for nothing. Yes! Share with your friends and beyond! Once you create your AI-generated Whopper Ad you will be able to:

11. I can’t create an Ad, why not?

It’s possible that you’ve reached your limit of 3 advertisements for submissions. Nevertheless, you can keep generating AI images of Whoppers all you’d like!

9. Why do I need to sign in to Royal Perks?
